BC: PST Legislation Unveiled

The B.C. Government released its draft legislation for the return to the Provincial Sales Tax today – the legalese that puts all of the work on the PST transition into law. It is set to be introduced in the Legislature next month, and the return to the PST is still on track for April 1. 

If you’re wondering how the PST will affect your family, check out this document – I use it quite a bit as I prepare the CTF’s talking points for the transition back.
